Mike Ryan, Project Manager
Mike is a Project Manager at MI with a Bachelor in Construction Management & Property from the University of New South Wales.
Mike is currently assisting SCG Trust in the delivery of the Sydney Football Stadium.
Mike has 10 years of construction and project management experience over a variety of projects, most recently as the Project Manager for the design and delivery of the new Function Centre project as part of the Sydney Opera House Renewal Works. In his role as Project Manager, Mike undertook signiﬁcant stakeholder management and consultation, leadership of a multi-disciplinary design team, procurement and management of a head contractor and responsibility for the delivery of the project.
Prior to joining MI, Mike specialised in the delivery of major health projects both in Australia and the United States.
Throughout these projects Mike has gained extensive experience in all phases of project work especially leading multi-disciplinary design teams and providing the key interface between the head contractor, design team and stakeholders. Mike has worked on projects with numerous contractual frameworks including D&C, GMP and Construct only.
Mike is skilled in Design Management, Financial & Budget Management and Project Programming.
