Rachael Langdon, Consultant
Rachael is a Consultant specialising in Research and Analysis, with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Washington & Lee University (USA).
She has 8 years’ experience across the Sport, Sponsorship and Consulting industries.
Since joining MI Associates in March 2017, Rachael has provided research and analytical support for multiple projects, including developing the economic model for a state 2020 T20 bid. She also led the post-event economic analysis of a significant cultural event for a major Australian tourism body. Rachael’s role requires a strong attention to detail and a robust knowledge of Direct Expenditure economic modelling.
Previously, Rachael worked with Nielsen Sports (formerly Repucom) as a Senior Account Manager in both their New York City and Sydney offices. In this position, she was responsible for multiple high-profile client relationships with global rights holders, and delivered numerous projects involving sponsorship ROI, fan research, and global broadcast strategy.
Since moving to Australia, Rachael has focused on the Government, Tourism, and Events sectors, and has led the development, implementation and delivery of economic impact studies across a variety of community, sport, and cultural events.
