Taronga Zoo

Taronga Conservation Society Australia required assistance to develop a strategic business case to assess the viability of developing new wildlife hospital facilities in both Sydney and Dubbo.

The strategic business case was successfully used to raise funds through NSW Government and philanthropic support, with the hospitals now currently under construction.
