Infrastructure NSW required operational assistance to develop a readiness plan to facilitate the return of resident companies to the newly refurbished facilities within the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct (WBAP).

 

MI Global Partners seconded a Senior Consultant to work within the Infrastructure NSW team and develop an operational readiness plan between the client (Create NSW), the managing contractor and the resident companies (5 national Arts organisations).
