WHO WE ARE
As a boutique management consultancy, we’ve been leading and partnering to deliver iconic projects for over 24 years and exist to shape the world of events, sport and place. Australian born and globally revered, we’re a team of senior consultants with backgrounds in event management, engineering, economics, research and project management who have worked across some of the biggest global & domestic events, sport and venue projects.
WHAT WE DO
We work with clients to envision and deliver a diverse portfolio of events, sport and place-based (venue, precinct and social infrastructure) projects. Our integrated services span the full project lifecycle - from strategy and feasibility through to delivery and legacy. We advise, plan, deliver, model and evaluate across core services including advisory, funding, social and economic impact, venue and facility planning, overlay & masterplanning, sustainability, risk and legacy development.

The breadth and depth of our international and domestic project work is our greatest asset. A deep understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle allows us to support clients at different points as required, from inception to celebration through to legacy. Flexible in the solutions we offer, we can advise on an ongoing basis or a one off engagement, no matter the size or scale of the project.

We work with both public and private sector clients - including governments, international and domestic rights holders, sporting organisations, venues and event owners, along with Olympic and major event organising committees, to envision and deliver a diverse portfolio of events, sport and place-based projects.
