Emma Collyer, Consultant

Emma is a Consultant and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in management consulting, sport, infrastructure, and government sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Management (Business) from Charles Sturt University and is currently completing her Master of Project Management. 

As a Project Manager, Emma is currently seconded to the Sydney Opera House as the project lead for the design of a $10 million Renewal Project. Emma recently also provided project management services on the Sydney Opera House Security Systems Upgrade Project.

Emma has assisted the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust as Project Superintendent, managing the head contractor and client interface for the upgrade of the Video Boards and LED Lettering located within the SCG. 

Emma has also provided project management and risk analysis services for the delivery of the Strategic Business Case for the Hunter Sport and Entertainment Precinct to INSW. In 2018, she assisted in the leading development of the Sunshine Coast Council’s Sports Plan. This required extensive stakeholder consultation, research and assessment in developing a strategic plan to outline the vision for the region.  
Since joining MI, Emma has provided consultancy and lead project management services to MLC Advice in the delivery of 21 commercial fit out projects across Australia. 

Prior to working for MI, Emma worked for the AFL where she managed the implementation, strategic vision and growth of the National AFL 9s Program, delivering of high-quality competitions and development programs across NSW and ACT.

An elite athlete, Emma has competed in Australian Championships representing NSW and recently won the 2018 JP Morgan Corporate Challenge representing MI.
