Emma is an accomplished Senior Consultant and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in sports and infrastructure, joining MIGP in 2014. Emma consistently manages complex projects, delivering quality results for each client through her consultative and detailed approach. Emma has extensive knowledge across sports consulting, strategic planning and all project management functions.

Currently, Emma is providing Project Management support to CommBank Stadium on a range of upgrade projects for their catering facilities. Concurrently, she is supporting the Australian Track Club (ATC) with the preparation of an Operational Plan of Management for a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for a non-race day events. She is also working on the delivery of the infrastructure and overlay for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup to be held in Australia & New Zealand, along with various facility upgrade projects for Basketball NSW.

 

From July 2020 - May 2021, Emma was seconded to the Sydney Opera House as the project lead on the design of a $10 million renewal project for the Western Forecourt and Lower Concourse, previously having provided management services in 2019 for their security systems upgrade.

 

Before this, Emma assisted the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust as project superintendent, managing the upgrade of the video boards and LED signage within the SCG and SFS.

 

Emma has also delivered 21 commercial fit out projects across Australia, providing consultancy and lead project management services to MLC.

 

Other projects include the management & risk analysis for the delivery of a strategic business case for the Hunter Sport and Entertainment Precinct on behalf of Infrastructure NSW, and the strategic development of the Sunshine Coast Council’s Sports Plan for the region.

Emma is a keen distance runner having competed at both State and National level and in 2021 was selected as part of the NSW team for the Australian Half Marathon Championships. She has also recently completed her Masters in Project Management at Southern Cross University.
