Infrastructure NSW required an experienced Project Director to lead the Development Phase of the Penrith Stadium Redevelopment.

MI Managing Director, Tom Sloane, was seconded to lead the project from the completion of the final business case through to design development - securing a State Significant Development Application (SSDA), and managing the tendering and procurement of Early Works and Main Works contracts.
