MI undertook a review of The Hawks’ management processes and governance; taking the outputs from this review to build a strategic planning process, annual operating plan and other key documentation to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to best practice.

This governance structure has provided a solid framework for the Hawks to effectively govern the organisation and manage operations, using it as a platform for continuous improvement of club performance through ongoing planning and monitoring.
