MI was commissioned by Venues NSW to develop a Treasury compliant and compelling Final Business Case for a roof on Accor Stadium. MI's role went beyond authoring the business case - leading the project management of a multidisciplinary team and coordinating consultants across structural engineering, architecture, cost planning, turf management, electrical, mechanical and fire safety.

 

MI also conducted stakeholder consultations and carried out comprehensive demand, economic, financial and risk assessments for both roof options. The Final Business Case was submitted in late 2024 and a decision is pending.
