Event Readiness
Event readiness and testing plays a critical role, setting the stage for success and leaving a lasting impression on participants and spectators alike. Not having a readiness framework in place can be detrimental to an event, along with the safety of spectators and staff. A well-prepared and flawlessly executed event enhances both the event and the organisers brand reputation, leading to increased trust, recognition and future opportunities.
MI supports event owners to validate assumptions and test operational plans, policies, procedures whilst implementing C4 strategy and contingency plans. We refine lines of communication with stakeholders and problem-solving capabilities, with the end goal to minimise the impact of unforeseen issues ensuring all stakeholders are prepared to respond to incidents when they occur.
Via our major event experience built over 24 years in the events industry, we have developed a bespoke readiness framework and program that can be enhanced for any sized event. Not only have we have tested and refined this framework for over two decades to deliver best practice in this area, we have successfully implemented it across four global sporting events in the past four years - FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022, Cricket T20 2022 and UCI Road World Cycling Championships 2022.
